Wahlco is pleased to offer a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through EmployeeConnect, provided by Lincoln Financial. EAP offers Wahlco employees and their family members up to 4 face-to-face assessment/counseling sessions per incident, for a wide variety of issues, such as: work related problems, marriage/family problems, alcohol and substance abuse, personal/stress related problems, legal problems and psychological/psychiatric disorders.
Travel Assistance Services
As part of our employee benefits package, Lincoln Financial Group includes a TravelConnect program, a benefit that includes travel, medical and safety-related services while traveling 100 miles or more from home. Some of the features include: emergency travel arrangements, fund transfer, lost or stolen documents assistance, language translation assistance, emergency medical evacuation and more. Lincoln Financial has partnered with MEDEX Assistance Corporation, a worldwide leader in travel assistance, to make this valuable benefit available to our employees.
